Problems Job Seekers Are Facing
In today's ultra-competitive job market, job seekers face numerous challenges that can make finding the right opportunity overwhelming. Many struggle with the uncertainty of where to start, how to present their skills effectively, and how to navigate the complex hiring processes of top companies. The pressure to stand out in a crowded field, constant evolution of industry demands, and the need to align one's career interests with opportunities create significant stress. Additionally, the lack of proper guidance and support can leave candidates feeling frustrated and lost, leading to missed opportunities and prolonged job searches.
Our Founder's Story
Having spent 2 years at Ernst & Young coming from a non-target business undergraduate university, I witnessed firsthand the struggles that talented individuals face when trying to secure their dream jobs. My journey, from coaching students at UC San Diego to helping interns and analysts at EY navigate their careers, inspired me to start this business. I realized that with the right guidance, personalized strategies, and a deep understanding of the job market, I could help job seekers overcome these obstacles and achieve their career goals. My passion for seeing the twinkle in a client's eye when helping them find their path and succeed in their careers drives everything I do in this business.

Because of his involvement as a community builder, Vincent was chosen as a student commencement speaker.
Vincent graduated from UC San Diego with dual majors in Economics and International Studies with an emphasis in International Business, with a minor in Supply Chain Management. In his free time, he loves powerlifting, reverse searing steaks, and searching for the best cafe.
